Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–15 business days and shipped via Australia Post or trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Once shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package. Redelivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
