At Vanted, we are committed to ensuring our customers make informed purchasing decisions. To facilitate a smooth experience, we encourage you to carefully select your products or consult with our team before finalising your order.
Warranty
Camping Kits — Lifetime Warranty Vanted provides a lifetime warranty on all camping kits, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is valid for the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
What's covered: The kit structure, plywood, bamboo panels, and all Vanted-manufactured components.
What's not covered: Electronics, fridges, drawer runners, and add-ons such as Victron power systems. These are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty.
Self-installation: Customers who install the kit themselves do so at their own risk. Vanted is not liable for damage to vehicles or property during self-installation. Professional installation is available at our Brookvale workshop.
Making a claim: Email info@vanted.com.au with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at Vanted's discretion.
Custom Van Builds — 1 Year Warranty Vanted offers a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on all custom van builds. Any workmanship issues within this period will be addressed at no cost. Appliances included in the build carry their own manufacturer's warranty.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unopened and unsealed.
Damaged on arrival: Contact info@vanted.com.au within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost and cover all return shipping.
Change of mind: Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
