Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Vanted Pty Ltd (ABN: 29 323 314 873) of 1/236 Harbord Road, Brookvale, Sydney, 2100

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 28th of August 2026 and closes at 5:00 pm AEST on Sunday, 30 August 2026.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open only to visitors attending the Newcastle Caravan & Camping Expo 2026.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Complete the official Vanted entry form at the Vanted stand during the Newcastle Caravan & Camping Expo.
  • Provide a valid email address.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Vanted Adventure Voucher.

The voucher:

  • is redeemable only towards the purchase of a Vanted Camper Van Conversion Kit;
  • is valid for 2 years from the date of issue;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • is non-transferable;
  • may not be resold.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all eligible entries on Monday, 31 August 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a random selection tool.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Vanted reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Vanted's Privacy Policy.

By entering, participants agree that Vanted may use their email address to send updates about Vanted products, camping inspiration and promotional offers. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Camping locations submitted may be featured anonymously in the Vanted Adventure Map. Personal information such as names, email addresses and phone numbers will not be published.

9. General

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  • The promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
